For a hassle-free experience, consider our Alcohol Concierge Package, where we handle the entire process—from shopping and pickup to delivery directly to the venue. During the consultation process, any necessary payments will be coordinated with the selected liquor company, providing you with a streamlined and worry-free solution.

For events beyond a 50-mile radius from Panama City, Florida (zip code 32401), a flat-rate traveling fee applies, ranging from $50 to $350. The exciting news is that, depending on the package you select, you may enjoy the benefit of a waived travel fee or a special discounted rate for your travel expenses.

Additionally, our entire team has successfully completed the SafeStaff® Responsible Alcohol Vendor Training, a mandatory requirement renewed every six months in the state of Florida. To secure our services, a minimum deposit of 45% is necessary. For short-term bookings, a larger deposit or full payment may be required to secure a spot on our booking calendar definitively. The deposit serves as the foundation for a professional relationship, and without it, the date remains open for potential bookings.

It is recommended to secure our bartending services right after booking your venue. Ensure that your chosen venue permits external vendors, as some venues may have strict policies mandating the use of their in-house services.

Could you provide details on your cancellation policy?

At MC's Luxe Bar Inc., we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise beyond your control. However, it's important to note that deposits are non-refundable, and once the final payment is complete, refunds cannot be processed. In lieu of refunds, we offer a credit equal to the total amount paid, applicable to a future event. This credit will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please be advised that our cancellation policy is not subject to flexibility.

In accordance with federal law in the United States, individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol. All guests must present valid identification when approaching the bar. Should an underage guest be identified, the drink will be promptly confiscated. It is crucial to note that procuring an alcoholic beverage for a minor, is illegal and will not be tolerated. Strict actions, including involving law enforcement, will be taken to address any violations. Please be aware that such infractions pose a serious threat to our business, and there will be no leniency in enforcing these regulations.
