Food Service Worker

$15/Hour FT/PT

Bulk-Room Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all dining, kitchen, and storage areas in support of a military catering operation. This role ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, Department of Defense (DoD) health and safety standards, and local sanitation regulations. The Custodian supports food service operations by providing a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained environment.

Prep-Cook

$18/Hour FT/PT

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing ingredients, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly. The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving menu items in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), military dining standards, and applicable food safety regulations. This position ensures that all meals are produced on time, in correct portions, and meet the nutritional and quality requirements established by the U.S. military.
